At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
