A Countess from Hong Kong is a delightful romantic comedy from the legendary Charlie Chaplin, filled with all the clever touches for which he's famous. Written, directed and composed by Chaplin, the story centers around Russian countess Natascha (Sophia Loren) who is forced into prostitution in Hong Kong. After sneaking into the stateroom of a wealthy American, Ogden (Marlon Brando), she attempts to blackmail her way to the United States.
